Product Introduction

This series of electric pumps are processed with unique advanced anti-corrosion technology by our company for the working space of the water pump. This ensures that the water space will not rust for a long time and specifically solves the problems of rust and rust water that occur in water pumps, making them hygienic and safe for drinking. They can be used in hot water and are widely applied in river water, well water, boilers, textile industries, and household water supply, such as gardens, restaurants, bathroom corridors, and high-rise residential buildings (for transporting clear water).

Operating Conditions:

The electric pump should be able to operate continuously and normally when the following conditions are met:

1.The medium temperature should generally not exceed 0°C to +40°C;
2.The pH value of the medium should be between 6.5 and 8.5;
3.The volume ratio of solid impurities should not exceed 0.1%, and the particle size should not be greater than 0.2mm;
4.The power frequency should be 50Hz, the voltage should be single-phase AC 220V or three-phase AC 380V, and the voltage fluctuation range should be within ±10% of the rated value;
5.Protection class should be IPX44;
6.When the temperature is lower than 0°C, anti-freezing work should be done well. When not in use, the pump body bottom drain screw should be opened to drain all the accumulated water in the pump body to avoid cracking of the pump body due to freezing.
